WRAP IAL

EAT FOR HEALTH

Choose fresh vegetables and fruits, grains, dry beans and dairy for home-cooked meals, and reduce your consumption of meats. Meat production takes enormous amounts energy and water, and is more expensive for consumers as compared to vegetarian options. Buy in bulk to further reduce costs.

WALK OR BIKE

Save gas and reduce air pollution by walking or biking to work and weekend errands. You'll get valuable exercise on your commute. For greater distances, take public transportation or carpool with friends and coworkers.

CLEAN GREEN

Mix your own nontoxic household cleaning products from materials you probably already have in your home. Different combinations of baking soda, white vinegar, vegetable-based soap and water clean kitchen and bathrooms surfaces, windows, floors, metal surfaces, dishes and laundry.
