Do you really think people can tell you everything and you learn new things about people, I agree with this quote but in others ways I disagree too. Yes phones have taken a lot of things from us especially meeting people face to face. Now we just communicate through people by text and in a lot of ways thats not a good way to communicate. Maybe it's okay between friends but I don't text my girlfriend much I mean sure when I'm in school but when I get out I call so we can talk or I oovoo her. In 13 Reasons Why nobody really texted and people communicated by going to their friends house. Back in the day my grandfather he used to run from his house all the way to see the love of his life (which obviously is my grandmother) but he basically ran from one side of Waynesboro to the other. Our communication skills could be going down the drain because all people do is text, most people don't spend much time actually talking.....
I agree people are losing that intimate connection with other people around them. We are losing that basic connection that is important for every human being.
ReplyDeleteI agree people aren't very close anymore.

ReplyDeleteI think you're right when you say that our communication skills may be going down because people don't really communicate anymore. But at the same time, technology allows us to communicate with people that we may have never met from places we may never go. Technology has made the world a lot smaller (in my opinion) but maybe it has also set people farther apart.
